after 4 months the fridge part of my fridge freezer broke – it took them a month to fix it – they ordered the part without coming to see it ? which flagged up a question – how did they know what was wrong? eventually they sent out an engineer who said his main call outs were for fridgedaire makes that were not fitted with 2 heaters when built so he himself had worked on 578 of the same products in our small area! 2 months down the line the fridge and freezer sections have stopped working ! I would NEVER EVER buy fridgidaire again Dixons dont care – dont want to know – we are just throwing it out.
